This includes new families, families-to-be, transitioning families, families with teens, and blended families. Although every family dynamic is different, they all share the same universal truth — family relationships are complex.

My family therapy is dedicated to continuously improving relationships and behavioral patterns both among individual members and across the family unit as a whole. I create a neutral, trusted space where we can use a combination of clinical approaches to facilitate constructive, systemic, and lasting changes in the family, including the Family Systems Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy.
